  • WHAT IS SMILEBOX?
    The SMILEBOX is a gift-giving project that aims to make orphans feel loved thru little things they can play with or use for learning.
  • I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN ORDERING AND/OR ENTERING MY SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION. WHAT DO I DO?
    Please do not place a new order. Please email our customer service squad at squad@wearzitee.com right away with your order number and the correct details or address, and we'll try to make the change before your order is sent out.
  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ZITEE ORDER?
    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number attached. Please allow 24-48 hours to update your tracking information.
  • CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
    Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you to sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal. By using PayPal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. PayPal is the easiest and most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
  • WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
    At the moment, we only accept CREDIT/DEBIT cards and PayPal payments.
  • HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MY ZITEE?
    All ZITEE products are made to order by hand in the sequence upon which they are received. Our processing time: order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to ZITEE production team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The production team, process the orders which takes an additional 3-7 days.
  • HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ZITEE?
    This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After proceessing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time..
  • HOW MUCH DO YOUR SHIRTS COST?
    Generally, our shirts range from $20-35.
  • WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES ZITEE USE?
    For USA Customer: We use the United States Portal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, which usually takes between 2-5 days to arrive at your doorstep after shipping. For PHILIPPINES Customer: We use Easy Go shipping service which usually takes between 3-7 days to arrive at your doorstep after shipping.
  • HOW IS SMILEBOX DISTRIBUTED?
    Once we completed the number of SMILEBOX needed, smile boxes will be prepared and sent to an orphanage through a small event organized for gift-giving.
  • HOW SHOULD I WASH MY ZITEE PRODUCTS?
    For best results, wash on a cold cycle and machine dry (regular setting). If you don't want your shirt to shrink, its best to hang it up and dry naturally.
